January 2025 Great casual dinner! Outstanding apps - guacamole/ chips and Birria soup. The soup was a red tortilla sauce style consomme with delicious beef tips rendered to perfection. Entree was tempura shrimp tacos. 3 huge shrimp on each double corn soft tortilla with three pepper aioli and fresh shredded vegetable garnish. Cocktails were abundant and large. Flan to finish off the meal was perfect! Inside or streetside seating is available. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Nice little bar with seating. Huge big screen TV.
We went on our first night after traveling all day, and we were starving! It was a Tuesday, and they had several tacos on promotion of 3 for 180 pesos. We had the tacos locos, and they were absolutely delicious! And trust me, I've had my share of tacos. We also had the fish tacos, and they were also very yummy. Every day, they have different type of tacos on promotion. They also had live music that was very enjoyable!
Great Food, we ate here three times during our stay at Isla Mujeres and we loved the staff and service. Everyone is really passionate and kind. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Thank you guys
Best chile relleno ever!!! I was about to get the mole enchiladas, but ended up ordering the Mexican lasagna and oh boy, it was delicious! This was our best meal of the trip!!! Big screens, billiards table and clean, private restrooms make this restaurant even better! A must go in beautiful Isla Mujeres!
Best Mexican Food on the Island! We had an incredible experience at Guacamole! The food was phenomenal—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what really made the night special was our server Alex. He was beyond amazing—friendly, attentive, and gave us the BEST recommendation on the menu. If we weren’t leaving tomorrow, we’d absolutely be back. Hands down the best Mexican restaurant on the island. Do yourself a favor: go, eat, enjoy—and ask for Alex. Tell him Chris & Rocio sent you.

Really enjoyed this place on Isla Mujeres. We popped in for breakfast and it ended up being one of the best meals of the trip. The breakfast specials were solid—really good food, great portions, and super reasonable prices. Staff was friendly, laid-back, just good people. No rush, no noise, just a great spot to start the day. We came back here three times. Oh and they also gave us some great advice on other places to visit on the island. Lots of great things came from our stop here.
If you’re on Isla Mujeres, this sports bar is a must-visit! The food is amazing and the drinks are just as good, with great cocktails and a solid beer selection. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the owner. They’re INCREDIBLE – welcoming, friendly, and make the whole experience unforgettable. Whether you’re here for the game or just to relax, you won’t be disappointed! Canadians! They have hockey here too if you ask!
